It is lightweight and comfortable, and shines through the fabric of the hat. It projects rainbow patterns onto the ceiling, and changes to the beat of the music (see video).
CONSTRUCTION: The hat is built with felt and fabric on top of a standard sized bucket hat, and uses high quality fabric glue to hold everything in place. It is flexible, comfortable and very durable.
